Think positive in the morning about how you want to look and feel.

Weigh in. Calendar for recording successes.

Comfortable shoes. (New Balance - Track); WALK!

Take an interest in fashion, design, color, hair design, great smile, peaceful thoughts.

Have photos taken of yourself on a regular basis. Keep Journal. Put words to feelings.
